Rockford Rotary Forest Preserve is accessible from Rotary Road. This 220-acre preserve was donated to the District in 1980 by the Rockford Rotary Club. The heavily wooded preserve is the site of the former Camp Rotary and overlooks the Kishwaukee River. A picnic area and equestrian access are provided at the preserve's entrance off Rotary Road.
