Macktown Forest Preserve

Macktown Forest Preserve is comprised of a golf course and a historic site, which total 281 acres of wooded land along the Rock River. Macktown offers a shelterhouse and an education center. The education center and historic settlement are programmed by the Macktown Living History Education Center.
